Frequently Asked Questions
When do I actually get paid?
Daily. Tips are processed by Stripe and paid out to your linked account on Stripe's daily schedule — no minimum balance to reach, no month-end wait.
What does it cost?
Signing up is completely free. Supertip takes a small platform fee on each tip, but your earnings are significantly higher than streaming platform fees.
Will it clash with the look of my stream?
The look-and-feel of the overlay is completely under your control. Position and size every layer, pick colors and effects, hide names or amounts, and much more. Your overlay is a web page you add as a browser source in OBS, Evmux or Streamyard, so there's no complicated install.
I stream on Rumble. Does it work?
Yes. Paste your Rumble live-stream API link and Rants, subs and gifted subs join your queue. YouTube connects with a Google sign-in. Both can run at once.
Can I stop something I don't want on air?
Nothing plays automatically. Tips wait in your queue until you or a mod press Play, and you can preview voice tips privately first. Spam filters and custom block-lists catch the rest before the card is charged.
What voices can be used?
You create your own voice speakers for your viewers to use. Customize their sound even further with our powerful tools to get them just right.
